House Rules

1. Scope

These house rules apply to all guests and visitors of Luxrem Apartments:

The house rules form part of the booking terms. Guests are responsible for ensuring that fellow travellers and visitors also comply with these rules.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Early check-in or late check-out is only possible with prior confirmation. Late check-out may incur additional charges, in particular where cleaning or subsequent occupancy is affected.

3. Quiet Hours and Consideration

Please be considerate of neighbours, other guests and the building.

During quiet hours, loud music, parties, loud conversations on balconies/corridors and other disturbances must be avoided.

Parties and events are not permitted unless expressly authorised in writing.

4. No-smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments, corridors and communal areas. This includes e-cigarettes, vapes, shishas and similar products, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available. Cigarette ends must be disposed of safely and cleanly.

In the event of a breach, special cleaning, odour removal, loss of earnings and damages may be charged, to the extent legally permissible.

5. Pets

Pets are only permitted on request and after express confirmation. The type, number and size of animals must be stated in advance.

Guests are liable for damages, additional cleaning and disturbances caused by pets. Animals must not be left unattended in the apartment if this could result in damage, noise or hazards.

6. Maximum Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is as confirmed in the booking and must not be exceeded.

Unregistered overnight guests are only permitted with prior consent. In the event of overcrowding, the operator may charge additional fees, terminate the booking or refuse entry, to the extent legally permissible.

7. Keys, Access Codes and Self-Check-in

Keys, transponders, key cards and access codes must be handled carefully and kept confidential. Access data must not be passed on to unauthorised third parties.

In the event of loss or misuse, the necessary replacement, blocking or exchange costs may be charged, to the extent the guest is responsible for the loss or misuse.

Self-check-in information is provided only for the booked stay. After departure, access data must not be used further.

8. Cleanliness and Waste

The apartment must be kept tidy and left in a reasonable condition on departure.

Waste must be separated and disposed of in accordance with local requirements:

Dishes, kitchen surfaces and heavily soiled areas must be cleaned before departure. Exceptional soiling may be charged as special cleaning.

9. Damages and Defects

Damages, defects or malfunctions must be reported immediately:

Guests are liable under statutory provisions for damages negligently caused by themselves, fellow travellers or visitors. Please do not modify any technical installations, smoke detectors, routers, heating/cooling equipment or safety devices.

10. Inventory and Furnishings

Furniture, appliances, towels, bed linen and other inventory must not be removed from the apartment. Furniture must not be rearranged without consent if this could cause damage.

Lost, damaged or missing items may be replaced or charged, to the extent the guest is responsible.

11. Safety

When leaving the apartment, windows and doors must be closed, electrical appliances switched off where possible, and taps turned off.

Emergency exits, building entrances, stairwells and communal areas must be kept clear. Open flames, candles and hazardous objects are only permitted within the legally permissible and safe framework; [ANWALT/BRANDSCHUTZ PRÜFEN: ggf. vollständiges Kerzen-/Offenes-Feuer-Verbot aufnehmen].

12. Internet Use

Where Wi-Fi is provided, it must be used lawfully and considerately. Unlawful downloads, uploads, attacks on IT systems or other misuse are prohibited.

13. Breach of House Rules

In the event of significant or repeated breaches of the house rules, the operator may take measures in accordance with statutory provisions and booking terms, including a formal warning, additional charges, termination of the stay or claims for damages.
